I had one once....medical reasons ;)..... weird sensation and a couple of pounds lighter..... there was an article on this and the journalist got it done....they removed a marble from his bowl and he the remembered swallowing it some twenty years previous when he was a child.....lol
 
Lol dear god!

A friend had it done every month, it almost became an addiction for him while he was doing the diet, gym combo. He would always remind me of pizza toppings though I.e. Sweet corn, peppers skins, you name it......

Nothing negative about it to be honest, I would try it if I could be bothered lol, I suppose I could always stick a shower head up my arse and see how that goes but you would then see me on embarrassing A&E :D
 
My ex-wife had it done a few times but then she was always full of sh** :lol:
 
What's the risk of bowel perforation these days? Has it improved?

That will definitely do the trick, I think I had to use that prior to having a camera inserted where the sun doesn't shine:eek:

I can't remember the exact figure but apparently you can "store" up to 7lb of crap in your colon, the irrigation should empty the colon et voila you're 7lb ligther :D

It generally depends on how active your bowels are though.... if you tend to go regularly 1-2 times per day it's unlikely you're carrying much around in your colon.
 
Some years back, I had to be thoroughly emptied a few times. Twice using some sort of heavy duty laxatives and once with an enema. None was fun but all did the job! Wouldn't want to have any of the treatments unless necessary though!
