Does anyone else collect newspapers that contain articles that will go down in history.I do...... I have newspapers with the Lockerbie disaster,Dunblane,Princess Diane death, american newspapers relaying the Twin towers disasters(I was in Florida at the time) and now have added President Obama to my collection.
Hopefully they will be passed onto grandchildren if we are lucky. Also I collect british coins old and new.
Does anyone else collect anything of interest for future generations?

be careful a man across the road did that they caught fire and woomph it went up :S house burnt down

I collect stuff to do with the City of Glasgow Bank, which collapsed in 1878, with losses of £6million (approx £6billion in today's money). Quite topical these days methinks ;)

I collect dust.........

seriously though, I tend not to collect anything, my mum is the family 'hoarder' ........so that means I can concentrate on the dust

things like old money if they are passed down could be worth something way past our lifetime. I have florins, sixpence, thrupnybits and most of our old coinage and have now started with money now (just in case it changes again).
I think it will be good for the kids in future to see what kind of money we used.
