Collect plus (Collect+)

I wanted to send a large parcel, but my package has exceeded the maximum dimensions on their website. I went to my local collection point and showed them the package and they said it should be fine. I'm not really sure though if I want to proceed...

Can I ask if anyone here has used this courier company?

if it over the stated size it may be measure and you might loose your money
anything large send parcelforce 48 they collect at a time convininet for you by the hour and they only charge around £13 for what i would call a largish box roughly 1m x1m x 1m i belive

I have, they're a shambles. Sent a parcel from Glasgow to the Midlands (using Collect+ at the buyer's request) and they sent it to PERTH (fortunately the Scottish one), where it sat for a week before being returned to the Glasgow depot and then shipped to the correct destination, ended up taking nearly 2 weeks door-to-door.....

I sent a laptop which was about 5cm longer in the box and I emailed them the dimensions and they said it will be okay.

Have sent another one of the same size without any issues.

thanks guys, was thinking of using them as I have a local shop which is only 5 minutes walk away and they are open on Sundays which is nice, but I'll use parcel monkey instead.

Same here - I sent my first parcel with them last week, dropped it into local shop on Thursday morning not collected until Sat. It then went Omagh - Dungannon - Omagh - Dungannon - Belfast - Dungannon - Belfast - Edinburgh - Destination. Delivered yesterday.

At least it got there, but not sure I'll use them again!

Used Collect+ for the first time recently. Deposited parcel at shop on a Tuesday, collected on Thursday, delivered on Saturday, although they say they don't deliver at the weekend. Was within their dimensions though and cost half what it would with Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
