It's in ice, took a while to get right 1st attempt was awful, had to defrost and start again

Good alternative take on the theme, ice is very difficult to photograph but I think you've just about pulled it off.

neat idea for the theme....not something I've tried ( shooting an object in ice) so I'd say you've done well...you can still make out it's a clock
Crit wise...hmmm ,difficult one this......maybe needs a little more light though I appreciate this might cause highlights but wonder if it would accentuate the cracks/patterns in the ice ? Can see me having a play with this idea at some point just to see how difficult it is

No it cost £4 from Asda, I thought the face of the clock also looked old so added to the theme

Redo smoke, I enjoyed the smoke theme so thought I'd try again this time trying to incorporate the swirl theme into it.

Re-shoot of smoke looks good to me .............I couldn't get anything like this

Swirl - Yes a brave go again... is only a tad soft, but love the colour and composition, some good swirls and of course a great black background too

Linked - I agree it does look a bit rushed, but it does fit the theme. I feel the image would work better if it was just the coloured paper clips.

Linked....we all have post & be dammed weeks...one for a reshoot maybe ? Essentially it has the theme link,a bit of color interest & reasonable control of the shiny highlights....but you can do better

Linked - good detail and the back round works well a bit more time and you could improve it Colin

Steps - Not working for me I am afraid lots going on in there and it looks a bit untidy - can see where you were going with it but think a bit more planning would really improve this shot
