I am about to order the pro Z starter kit and was wondering which 3 ND grad filters I should order. Also would it be worth getting any full ND to use in conjunction with the grads and if so which?

I shoot landscape/old architecture and already have the B+W 10 stop ND.

i have both the ND8 hard grad and the ND8 full and they do me fine for the moment.

In fairness the Z Pro are a lot better than their P series.

I'd get a 3 and 2 stop hard edge. On a crop sensor soft edge aren't as much use and the good thing with a hard edge is you can slide it right down and use it as a solid ND if necessary. A 3 stop ND is a useful thing to have IMO.
 
I prefer screw in ND's personally.

I have a B+W 10 stop & a Haida 3 stop plus a 2 stop hard Grad which does me. For general landscape & architecture you may be better off with a soft edge grad though.

The OP is using a cropped sensor camera according to his website, so a soft grad won't be as much use as a hard, regardless of what the subject is, the transition from light to dark will cover too much of the sensor.
 
I echo Mark's comments Andy.
If you can afford the higher quality Hitech or Lee versions however I would highly recommend doing so. Colour casts from Cokin are an issue, even with the Z Pro series.
The 1 stop grad is of little use, and mine spends most of the time in the bag.

This is actually a very good point. I didn't put it together when I was using my crop camera but now that you say it I see what you mean.
