Cokin A filter ring dimensions?

Hi all,

Quick question, has anyone got a Cokin A adaptor ring (the metal ring that screws onto the front of the lens) and can let me know the outside dimension of it?

For entertainment value, do we need to know what you're doing..?..:)
 
I'm building a rudimentary lathe MacGuyver style....

Ok, it's to hold the band over the front of my TLR lenses to interlink the CPLs ;0) I've had a quote from SRB to machine a custom piece then realised that a Cokin A adaptor ring will do the same job but may be too large. Before I progress anything with SRB I wanted to check for an off the shelf option.
 
It's a 62mm diameter, if you need any other dimensions or want a couple of A filter rings sending your way, let me know!
 
Thanks Rob, much appreciated. I think that's going to be a bit too big though and will end up chopping off the bottom of the viewing lens. SRB have given me a quote for a custom 45mm outer diameter ring which shouldn't go over the top lens so I may go with that option.
