their not worried, your paying for it :D

depends how the product is handled at their warehouse to be honest.

or if they did not have any suitable packaging to combine all 3 (or maybe it cost more to ship as 1 heavier item).

etc

they wouldnt do it just for poops and giggles.

bags are more than big enough to fit all 3 and it was done via click and collect, I went and picked up in store.

Well, they've got to be doing something right, their online systems are generating far more profit than the shops

Lavazza Modo Mio coffee pods they have on offer £3.00 instead of £4.89

hmm. bit of an odd one then.

same as next. they said recently that their online sales underpin their highstreet stores.

TBH I've had similar from a different high street store - ordered several items and all in different packaging. As though they came from different stores/warehouses.

it could be that on occasion.

or for example, one (usually larger) item may be up in some racking requiring a fork lift warehouse operative to collect it, whereas a normal size item will be on a ground floor pickface that another operative will collect. on some warehousing systems this will create two lots of paperwork which doesnt always get tied together at despatch.
