Club Mascots

Over the past few seasons I have got to know Grimsby's mascot - Mighty Mariner) quite well. I often chat to him during the game as he usully hangs around near were I sit. Against Telford (unbeknown to me at the time) he had arrange with one of the Towns strikers a cele should he score which he did and it all happened infront of me

Moral is Mascots can be a bloody nuisance getting in the way but try not to upset them as you just dont know what they are planning

I'm very good friends with the CPFC mascots, Pete and Alice the Eagle. In real life, they are in fact husband and wife and I was at their wedding. 'Alice' has just given birth to a little Eaglette.

Mascots are a great friend to have at a ground.

And maybe in about 18 years she'll be one of the lovely Crystals (Nina being my favourite )
