Can anybody point me in the direction of a quick guide on how to use CLS, or better still give me some quick pointers?

How do you set up the SB-800's and camera to trigger? I don't really want the on board flash to give out any light when doing so - is that possible?

Cheers,
Adam

I did a quick instructions post last week, I'll have a look.......

Set your popup flash to commander mode. It will "appear" to flash but it's not really enough to influence the shot. What the blip of flash does is trigger your SB-800 (which needs to be put into slave mode).

Here's a good book on the subject:-
