Steve Pyke and Mick Lindberg
Not for me, noGood knowledge!! Was it hard to find out. I only did what my kids would describe as a "daddy look" on line.
Not for me, noWe did the lighting for the film so I contacted a colleague and asked - so not good knowledge - I cheated !
There is one of the large promotional posters in the corridor to the IT office at work, apparently it states who the photographers were on that - but I find it difficult to look too far away from Ms. PortmanBrilliant!! Amazing coincidence!!
I watched and enjoyed the film when it came out. Long before I got into photography.
Saw the film again recently and saw the MF camera and the Leica being used. Then saw the exhibition in the film and got curious.
Have to say, I'd love to photograph any/all of the 4 characters.
Thanks again
Shaheed

I've not seen the movie, tbh I'm not really a movie fan
Interesting.
Are there other films about photography that are worth a watch? Wasn't there one with Nick Nolte as a photojournalist?
It wasn't a massive part of the film but it was a pretty woman (literally - Julia Roberts) meeting one of the main characters whilst he was having his portrait taken.
I wonder if it's uncomfortable/difficult to get a good portrait with somebody you're very attracted to/in awe of?
I think it might be difficult to be completely objective. Did you see the portrait series by Sam Hurd of celebs/politicians? He wrote a little about each shoot which I found really interesting.... Pics were awesome too.
I did - it's what prompted me to try the Brenizer technique.
I think I'd be squirming a little if Natalie Portman was doing my portrait.
Thankfully all the adults I take portraits of have no such problem
Interesting.
