So my site went live today and I get a friend asking where all the images are on my website. I go to take a look and the dashboard wont load and all you get is:
Service Unavailable
The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

It's the same with their own site.
 
I had nothing but trouble with that site. I switched to Photium years ago. Much better, easier to upload and arrange images and you good customer service. Unlike Clikpic where i got zero help at all.

I will do the same if this is how it's going to be. Of all days why the day I make my site live :mad:
 
I found there was absolutely no customer support and it was time and hassle to arrange and upload images and galleries. I got in touch with Photium and they help switch over everything to their site and i've been with them ever since. Cheaper too. And the biggest plus for me was, no one can snatch your photos off the site.
 
+1 vote for Photium.

I currently have four sites with them and set up a fifth for a third party. And the support is second to none.

They always exceed expectations and are friendly and helpful with it.

No outages and just consistently good service at a reasonable price. (y)

Nope, i didn't even wait, i just switched. Got sick of failed uploads and no support, not even replied to any of my emails until i told them i was moving to another host. totally useless.
