Clikpic - Problem!

I'm not sure if i'm posting this in the right section - probably not, but sure.

Okay, the story is i went to log into my clikpic site tonight there, only to be greeted with the message:

"You currently don't have a site on the Clikpic system. This may be because you are a new user or because it's been more than six months since your trial or your subscription expired. To create a new site, complete the form below. This will begin a new trial."

Now, my subscription definitely isn't up!! Ohh and all my log in details were correct. I've owned my website for about 3 years and anytime anything needs renewed clikpic has always sent out numerous reminders before hand to do so, and there have been none of those this time! I'm just after emailing Clikpic to ask what's going on, but obviously i won't get a reply until tomorrow, as office hours are over.

Just wanted to ask if everyone else can get logged into the admin system of their clikpic site?! I'd be gutted if i lost the whole thing. :help:
 
I've just tried and got the same message.

If it's any consolation, I logged in this afternoon and all was fine, but they said there were changes due to the back office so that you could maintain more than one site from the one user account, so it may be a migration issue.

I'm the same, i was working on it earlier this morning and it was grand... freaked out a bit there tonight thinking maybe the whole thing was gone!! :gag:

Hopefully it's just a glitch and normality will resume soon. Feel a bit relieved i'm not on my own!
 
My site is still up, so if it were that the back office had been lost the site would be down I would have thought :shrug:
 
yeh, my website is still there as such... but logging into the admin system side of it, there's no record of it at all. Can't access anything in the admin part.

Kept refreshing my actual website to see if it all disappeared, but it's still there. :shrug:
