Clik-Pic Support!

Has anybody used the support facility with Clik-Pic. Just wondering how long they take to 'support'. My website will not come up at the moment and I emailed them this afternoon at 2pm and still no reply!

I had this issue with my site on there the other day. I could not load it on my home PC, this lasted a few days but it worked fine at work and on the wifes laptop. In the end I have ditched IE6 and moved to Firefox and hey presto, my site comes up on the home PC now.

It can take a bit of time for them to reply, I think their T&C's state 24 hours IIRC.

Apparently they had a 'gremlin' loose which they have caught and squashed .

They actually came back about 10 mins after I put up my rant on TP - I was really hacked off (no pun Colin!) as I had just put up a load of pics I had done at a equestrian centre - and was getting emails from the folks saying they couldn't see them.

Colin - Photographing horses is harder that you make it look! Had a great weekend though.

Mine went down too. I think it was pretty universal and that's why you might not have got a support reply, I bet they were a bit inundated.

Back now though.
