Have to take my daughter for an interview in Clacton, was hoping use some of the waiting time to go to some photography locations along this coastal area, such as Frinton,Clacton. Any ideas please.

Thanks for the subjects, have had a look on google earth and can see your suggested places along with some others, so hopfully i can get something from the day..
 
I must say I really like Walton and you can go up the naze. If you have the time there's a local guy that does boat trips
 
Theres not a lot here that takes a good photo to be honest, aside from the pier or maybe the beach huts. Its good for sunrise and sunsets but aside from that the rest of the day you are shooting into the sun if you want any sort of landscape, combined with the weather at the moment means there is no strong horizon. Combined with you being limited for time, perhaps the best bet is Holland Haven, at least there is a bit of variation and some wildlife. Whatever you do though don't sit in your car with the interior light on.
