Cigarette socket adaptor for Canon 5D battery charger

Sorry if this Q has been asked before but does anyone know of a good quality adaptor or inverter that can be plugged into either a 12V car cigarette socket or a P3 solar charger to recharge Canon 5D Li-ion batteries (BP-511A)?

Any pointer in the right direction or experiances will be greatly recieved

I had the earlier model, mains and car charger. combined worked fine

Take a look at 7dayshop.com, their own brand charger with replacable adaptor plates , that plugs into the 12v car socket and also means you have a 2nd charger. Not bad for under £10

I have one and it works very nicely for my Nikon EL3e's.
