Sad to learn that Christopher Lee has passed away.

Bit of a hero of mine growing up watching Dracula.

I met him in the urinals of all places at Old Trafford Cricket Ground back in the mid 80's.

I was actually taking a pee next to him and said something like "I hope you don't bite". He laughed and I got his autograph on the match program.

RIP Mr Lee (or is it???)

Joking aside, by all accounts he was a really nice guy as well as a good actor.

I hope you did not ask him to sign your dangly bit (if it was dangling at the time) ....................... :exit:

A real legend of an actor. Always loved him in golden gun, one of my favorite bond films.

Great read and it makes you realise how vast his acting was even if it was nearly always as the 'baddie'. Thanks for posting it.

Quite.

An interesting life.

Saw an exhibition by Bryan Adams at Somerset house, his image of Chrispher Lee was stunning

Cracking image.
Mr Adams seems to have access to some famous subjects.

Quite a story....
Thats a hell of a "CV"!

I too remember growing up to Dracula films, and many others, such as Fu manchu.
RIP

I remember seeing him being interviewed on Parky with Peter Cushing.
They were like kids together!

I always thought that the Hammer House of Horror films were just dreadful, but everything he did following those were excellent.
