Before you place the turkey into the oven stuff the rear end with popcorn. next make sure you put the turkey in the oven front facing foreward. Now the great thing about using the popcorn is when the turkey is cooked right through properly the popcorn explodes shooting the turkey straight through the glass in the oven door and onto a waiting plate. The drawback which I havn't solved just yet is how to replace the glass in the oven door

No need to. Cut a square out of the door slightly bigger than the turkey plus tin them re attach at the top with a couple of hinges. Voila a turkey flap.

Never thought of that great idea thank you

Of coure the real art is knowing how much popcorn to use relative to the turkey weight

I may struggle a litle using that method with the roast beef I'm likely to cook. :cow:

Just cut a smaller hole in the oven door.

But who wants to eat beef cooked well done?

"Knock off its horns and wipe its ass!" (Actually, I prefer it medium rare rather than blue.)

Me.
If it's blue, red, pink or dripping anything other than gravy, you're getting it back. :)

All the more for me! :P

As long as the middle isn't actually cold then it's good, but I prefer my beef not to be grey all the way through.
