Just started the Belgian chocolate yule log...

Very traditional for me!

Kelly Bronze turkey (the best you can get!) - Roast potatoes in goose fat, carrots & parsnips in honey and thyme, peas, sausages, sausages with bacon wrapped round, pork and chestnut stuffing, sage & onion stuffing, sprouts with bacon & chestnuts. With M&S Snow bombe for pudding!

This year will be the first for many i have bought gravy rather than make, very short on time so have missed some of the prep off but will be making the cranberry sauce still.
 
well I am stuffed!

Had a late lunch/early dinner

Just finished off the last of the beef in another roast dinner
