Can anyone translate what I think is Chinese on this, I'm guessing its a 12v charger but aren't sure

Sorted thanks, found another translator that I could just load the image into, I tried a couple of translators on Google but I had to type in the text, which obviously wasn't an option!

Apparently, yes.
They're tonal languages; different words have their own pictogram, but they sound almost the same when spoken, just with different inflections and emphasis on different parts of the word. This allows native speaking writers to substitute one word in a sentence for another that sounds the same but means something different (or that customarily changes meaning in a certain context) and to native readers, this will make sense. Robotranslators haven't reached the point where they understand this level of "poetic licence" yet, so a pictogram for (as in the OP's example) bottle or flower, will be literally translated, while also losing the tonal correspondence of the original, rendering the English sentence nonsensical.
