"Past, Present, and Future..."

We went to see 'A Christmas Carol' in 3D today. What a FANTASTIC film. They've managed to do the original story justice in ways that are only achievable in CGI. The 3D effects were awesome, and the voice acting superb. The ghosts scared Caitlin a little, but she really enjoyed the film, as did Rebecca.

I advise anyone to go and see it if they get chance.

Its my birthday today and we had cake!! YAY!!!

(They ran out of '2's at the candle shop so they had to get a '4' instead :D)

"Final Frame!"

Caught Caitlin while she was waiting for her turn on the final frame of Ten-Pin Bowling at Brownies tonight.

Belated happy birthday to you and I hope it was a good one.
 
Ahh, just realised why, it was my Grans birthday too wasn't it, I don't feel quite so bad now :lol:

"Celebrity Status!"

This year is the first year that we've let Rebeccal watch "I'm A Celebrity..." (I HATE the program by the way!!).

We figured that as she is growing up and becoming more mature, we would give her the choice of what she watches on TV and what time she goes to bed.

Generally it's working well, as she knows what would be unsuitable for her, and she realises that if she stays up to late, she's grotty the following day, so for that we're proud of her.

I doubt they would stand a picture a day :lol: maybe a 52 but it prob wouldnt be public as my oh isnt keen with pics of the kids on the net, im just getting away with what i do use but understand where hes coming from.



Your girls sound so grown up! Also sounds and looks like your doing a good job! :)

Thanks Julian, Its actaully yesterdays shot, but only got roung to uploading today. I'm a day behind due to studying (H&S exams at the moment and very little time to think never mind anything else :lol:)

The cake was scrummy - 15 secs in microwave to melt the chocolate :D

"Children In Need...."

Not mine thats for sure! My two girls are spoilt all the time, and they want for very little.

However, they DO appreciate what they have (unlike some children) and understand when they see the clips on Children In Need, how fortunate and lucky they are to have a stable loving family around them.

"Once You Pop........."

Caitlin loves all the 'wierd' tasting crisps etc, as well as other strong tasting foods such as Garlic, Raw Onions etc. At least it'll keep the boys away in years to come!!

"Down The Tube!"

Had a fantastic time at Cannon Hall Farm again today, and caught this while Caitlin was playing on the tube slides :D

"High-Score?"

Rebecca loves her iPhone, and has many, many games on there, but one of her favourites has to be Cuberunner. Its one of the few games she can beat her dad on ;-)
 
And a mighty mouse...
I want a mighty mouse, but I do have an iPhone which has to be one of the best... no wait... the best gadget ever :D

I particularly like "Grab an Avon bargain" and "Down the tube."

Your 365 has been quality all the way through, but you must be relieved it's near the end! At least you can finish with a flourish over Christmas and the New Year!

The it all starts again for you on January 1st..........:lol:

Yes i'm glad we're nearing the end as i'm struggling a bit for time at the moment with exams and work etc, but like you said it all starts again on 1st Jan :eek:

"Good Progress So Far...."

After a dissapointing year last year for Caitlin (through no fault of her own I may add), she has made great progress so far this year and is back on track and in front of it in some areas. Excellent Work Caitlin!
