Chillimonster's '365'

Just catching up a bit not had much time the last few days some more nice shots there Chris really like the snow one we had snow like that yesterday even last night it was still fairly deep woke up this morning and you would have never have known it had been snowing yesterday. Shame really as I wanted to take Charlie out to play in it he loves it but I have a good 20 minutes walk to get to somewhere I can let him run free off the lead so didn't get the chance yesterday.

I know what you mean about not having the time to keep up with the 365's. Some days i barely have time to take a shot and post it nevermind viewing everyone elses, so its appreciated that you took the time to have a look :thumbs:
 
I too am trying to catch up with all the 365's. I WILL get round all of them soon!! Some lovely shots!! Your older daughter definitely looks a lot like you, your younger daughter not so much. A lot of your shots remind me of my earlier family life. Keep up the good work!!

My new 'baby' arrived today - a lovely 24" iMac 3.06ghz :-), and they're fighting over it already!
 
Now your just showing off!!! Day 35 is wrong on one level, Daddies Sauce?? Surely you are a man of greater taste than that?? It's got to be HP in our house. It's grounds for divorce you know....

HP / Daddies both take a back seat to Chilli sauce, but for the sake of 'art' and the '365' it was substituted for Daddies :)

Just a 'quickie' from me tonight, as i am in the middle of unpacking the iMac, and there are boxes everywhere!

I will probably be sporadic (sp) in my updates for the next few days while i get stuff migrated across from my 'Hackintosh' to my Macintosh!, and get the programs i need installed, so don't be offended if i don't manage to keep up with everyone's 365's for a day or three ;)
 
Damn you Chris your Imac is faster than mine :razz: :lol: enjoy it mate cracking bit of kit must admit I still spend more time on my Windows laptop than I do on the Imac even though I've had for over 6 months, I just know windows so well and it never gives me any problems, I still feel a bit lost in OSX so when I'm tired after work which is pretty often I just stick to the laptop.

Nice shot today too mate very good for a quickie as you put it I would be happy with it :thumbs:

Still not managed to switch the thing on yet! Still working on my PC pased OSX install at the moment - still wondering what improvements, if any, the apple hardware will make :shrug:

I'm running a 24@ Dell screen, 4ghz processor and 8gb memory at the moment (i was running 16gb till last week, but did a deal with someone to downsize the ram), with 6tb of HDD's, but fancied a change ;)
 
To be honest mate I'd be surprised if it makes much difference if all your hardware was working well in OSX, I had one of those Dell 24" screens nice bit of kit but the Imac screen is in a different class IMO and the IMac just looks so much nicer and obviously takes up a fair bit less room. I find the hard drive situation a bit of a pain as I have 3TB spread across 4 USB drives and Keep having to unplug them I really should invest in a decent USB hub but I keep forgetting :lol:. My little HP laptop feels faster than the IMac too even though it's only slightly better specced the HP is Core 2 Duo 2.5ghz T9300, 4gb ram, and 250gb hard disc with a geforce 8600 graphics card, where as the Imac is Core 2 Duo 2.4ghz, 2gb ram, 250gb hd and whatever the graphics chip is think I will do a little switch on the ram and give em both 3gb might make a bit difference to the Imac.
