Nice capture mate, been fancying a netbook myself, not sure I can justify it though already have 3 computers.

As for the netbook - Asda have em at £150 at the moment, so it'd be daft not to get one :)
 
What can that do? Or should I say, what functions are missing?
I can see spotlight, airport, time machine?
Is it difficult to put OSX on there?

It's more a case of what can't it do ;)

Everything from a normal OSX install is there. It's about 90 mins work to get OSX on there including applying the correct Kext's after the install and then updating to 10.5.6.

Kids love it :)

"Coughs and Sneezes......"

Poor Caitlin is not feeling too well tonight. She started with another cough and cold at weekend (i say another, but she never really got rid of the last one properly!), so it was emergency Calpol to the rescue and an early night for her.

Can't believe it's taken me so long to catch up with your 365. Some really great pictures to start the challenge with. I'll definately be checking back onto this thread more often. Keep up the good work:thumbs:

As for keeping the germs to herself - she's too kind for that, she likes to share them around :suspect:

"Comic Book Girl"

We were having a nosey around the OSX install i've put on their netbooks earlier and came across Photobooth.

Messing about with the effects and came across this one. The (unposed) pose reminds me of the "Teen Problem Page" type pictures they used to have in some of the magazines in the 80's
 
Nice shot Chris photobook has some prety interesting effects in it also has some pretty useless ones to mind you :lol:

Thanks Sean. Yeah some wierd stuff in Photobooth, but it will get me out of hole on those days when inspiration / time is lacking :D
