The bore looks wide enough for it to be a shotgun, but the foresight is more like that of a rifle. However, if it was real and it discharged then that young lad would have been minus a head.

Its a "My little pump action"

Tough call as to its authenticity although I'd say toy due to the bore and size of it though.

Looking at the "scope" it has fitted, it's a moulded plastic toy gun.
If it is real then it's one of those £5 4x 15mm plastic lensed abominations, which would be the #1 way of putting that kid off shooting.

The bottom of the clip has an area greyed out on my screen. I cannot see anything other than a smooth barrel with a foresight.

You only see the objective end, but I've never seen the parallel tube configuration on anything but cheap 4x15's or toys.

The fore-end does also look a bit plasticy too
