Yes
Following on from my Manbag and Skoda threads and the great replys in which i seem to have offended an awful lot of people (no offence was meant by the way) may i ask a question about an article i heard on the radio.

Do i understand correctly that a large numbers of 'visitors' who have gained employment in this country are claiming child benefits etc from this government for their own familys who still live in their native country.

Could you enlighten me on this ?

yes, your correct, and it's not right England is paying for people that don't live here. The loop holes should be changed with immediate effect Mr Brown.

Just shows how crap our benefits system is

 Is that true ... seriously? Well **** a duck, now I'm ****ed.

Does that mean I don't have to pay?

Here in Scotland we have long held the belief that there should be a Buichaile Etive Mor tax. £1 a shot should just about do it. ;)

:coat:

Oh well, as long as it is just England that is paying for it and not the rest of the UK... ;)

England is probably paying everyone elses share as well as usual.:bang:

Just removed the superfluous word for you.

It's not even the UK system, it's the EU.
I've made my opinion on migrant workers clear elsewhere on this forum but this I do find objectionable.
I used to work with a woman who escaped here with her daughter from the Balkan conflict, her husband was detained at a border checkpoint and murdered. It was interesting to get a first hand account of the troubles, which were in a small part due to simmering tensions dating back as far as WW1 but on the whole the problems really started when the borders were thrown open and floods of economic migrants poured in, colonising whole areas and driving out the indigenous population.
This government, their media and cohorts would like us all to believe that the Federal Socialist Republic of Europe is a happy place full of people who share our values and ideals but I think that the truth is far from that.
