Yes
Every winter I suffer from chilblains, they can be really painful at times, especially if I accidentally knock the area that is affected.

I have tried keeping my feet as warm as possible by wearing really thick woollen thermal socks but it does not make any difference, as soon as winter comes along the suffering starts:(

So for those that also suffer from them how do you cope, have you found any good remedies to relieve the symptoms.

For those that do not know what they are,

I've never suffered from them but always thought that they were caused by exposing your skin to cold weather and then to warm conditions very quickly. Like, warming your hands on a radiator can cause chilblains?

Can they also be caused by bad circulation ie when you're cold the body sends less blood to your extremities. I'd say keep warm all over - get some really warm boots/shoes and whatever you do don't scratch em!

Yes, I sometimes get chilblains. You want to scratch, it feels good to scratch but in the long term it makes your toes swell and double in size and it's as painfull as pleasurable as itchy??? Sometimes you wake up to find yourself rubbing your toes against the bed dispite your good intentions.

Okay, I'm rambling on and not being much help at all - sorry.

perhaps by some sort of deep heat cream? if ** into alternative medicines there is a crystal known as hedghog ore i think its called thats meant to warm u up by placing it on the area, otherwise i have no idea lol
