Its still raining here :p I'm only 30 mins from Chester Zoo too.
 
it was raining here this morning in Bradford, blue skys now with whispy clouds, should be good tomorrow.

Latest reports from home indicate that the new lens has arrived too! So should give me a chance to have a play about with it :D (At college now)

yeah its a right mess at the moment, I havent had it cut since a couple of days before the wedding.

It's more against the 17-40 L i think :P

But bring that lens along anyways, if i catch you not using it i may be a leech and borrow it for a while if you dont mind :p haha

Tell you what, i'll drop in Canon CPS on the way and bring a selection of lenses for you to try out :p
 
The noise of the AF motor on this Tamron is the worst motor noise ive ever heard, it's obscene.
 
So, in 12 hours, all being well, we'll be stood outside Chester Zoo. You lucky lucky people ;)
 
Well My car has had the tyre changed, the tracking done, the oil checked, the tyre pressures checked (will do again in the morning along with the coolant), and the CDs are ready for the MP3 player.

Sat Nav is ready to go (even though I know my way there, its a fun thing to have...lol)
Batts charged, memory card clear, camcorder clear (for the missus), flask is ready, bag is ready, boots are by the back door.

Time for a brew and a sit down.
