Been having a few AI Servo focus issues with my 1D MK4 (it would not track a slow subject) So after a phone call to the CPS centre and a disc of images sent to show them the problem, I had to send my camera and 70-200 f2.8L IS lens off to them for a service.

Sent Tuesday, and got it back this afternoon.

CPS guy did give me an 0800 number but I've lost the bit of paper I wrote it on :bang::bonk::bang::bonk:
 
You can drop off and pick-up as self collect is an option on the returns form, but not sure if you would still need an appointment or case number first, best give them a ring.
 
No appointment required. Just go to reception - there is a visitor car park directly outside - fill out a form and hand over your bits.
 
Funily enuf mine was in last month cause I thought it wasn't tracking slow moving subjects! Hmmm
