I would ditch the R7 240 graphics card.
It won't be that hot at even mild gaming and it is on par with Intel's on board HD630 graphics performance wise.

If you decide to go for a more powerful graphics card I would also re think the power supply as a a 350w might not cut it.

The rest looks decent though.

As above regarding GPU.

If you ditch the GPU, you should be able to bump spec to an 8 series coffelake i5 which is 6 cores rather than 4. The onboard GPU will be a slight bump again so no need for a separate unit really at this point. Board will also potentially need a swap out to ensure compatibility of cpu and chipset.
 
Being critical here because I am a fussy t@@t ( but you may not have options to do this )

Don't need that processor cooler, use the intel one that comes free with the processor.

The SSD`s from WD are not the best if I remember reviews I read, I would get a Samsung one with 3d nand technology instead ( plus 5 year warranty )

The GPU is not good, use the CPU`s onboard graphics or get a better GPU made by Nvidia.

The rest looks ok but I don't like the case design personally and would prefer a simple Corsair case and fit ATX size motherboard into it.
 
i would probably go for a card with DP as well as HDMI as I recently had problems using HDMI at 60hz and it kept saying it would only run at 50hz on a 1440p screen (DP worked fine at 60hz)
 
On further inspection of your undone it looks like you were on the PC Specialist website.

If you could push the budget to £776 you could up the spec to the following -

Intel i5 8500
Asus H310 motherboard
Corsair 16GB ram (2x8)
Samsung 250GB evo 860 SSD
Seagate barracuda 2TB HDD
Corsair 550W power supply
Basic £20 case
Stock CPU cooler
Standard thermal paste
DVD/blu ray player
Windows 10

The extra wattage of the PSU will allow for head room should you decide to buy a separate graphics card in the future.

If this is pushing the budget you can always step down to the 8th generation i3's which are now quad core chips.

Dump the graphics card and if you can afford it get a second SSD( Samsung if Poss) and put your LR catalogue and the Cache on that and the OS etc on another .
If you can stretch to it get an external HDD, buy something like Acronis and set the whole system to back up to the ext drive

If you want to build one yourself I can list components that will work together.
I have made dozens of them.
I have no idea why they are even selling the 7th gen intel cpu`s, that is tight
 
Look at the latest ryzen 2700 and 2600 chips. Same spec as a whole for ram, case, cooler etc etc but an AMD board and CPU. It may bump the price a little with the 2700 but the system will be around 5% faster on single threaded tasks and about 30% faster for heavily multi threaded tasks.
