I'd been after a MB-D10 for my D700 and they were keenly priced at LHR T5 at around £149. But they didn't have any in stock.

So phoned around - and couldn't believe my luck when I found out at terminal 2 that they had them on special offer at around £125 each. I was lucky in that I flew via T2 last week and picked up two they had.

Not sure if they have any at the other terminals and whether at the good price of £150 odd or the bargainous price of £125 each, but if you're travelling through a BAA airport which has a Dixons Tax Free outlet, it might be worth checking it out. ;) Their website - http://www.dixonstaxfree.co.uk/ - doesn't list the battery grip, but you can get the phone numbers and phone around. They can reserve one for up to one week before you fly out so still able to grab a bargain.

Also, the lens prices are not that good, but body prices can be good - I picked up my D700 for £1699 a year ago, a month or two after it was released where everywhere else selling proper UK stock was just under the £2k mark. :)

Enquired about these yesterday, all sold out, apart from Birmingham airport who have a few left in stock at £130, excellent price, so just a heads up if anyone is heading out anywhere from there :)

They are selling Nikon D90 with 18-105 VR lens for £707 just now. :)
