Cheap Manfrotto 120 Tripod Adapter 3/8'' to 1/4' ?

Hi,

I got a tripod head on here today (SLIK AF 1100E), but it has a small female thread and of course all my tri/monopods have a larger screw.

Does anyone know of a cheap version of the Manfrotto 120 Tripod Adapter 3/8'' to 1/4'?

I'm not after any more tripods, in fact the wife now forbids it (I have three tripods and two monopods!), I'm just after an adapter, but I can't believe that a simple converter costs around £20!
