Hi everyone,

I'm going to build a small studio in my house to practice some studio photography. I'm going to shoot with a Canon 70D and I will have available a continuous light, softbox, reflective black umbrella, white umbrella and white/black background.
I'm looking for a cheap lighting system at the moment, and I would like to get the Yongnuo yn-460 to be used with transmitter/receiver RF-603.

I will likely need a second strobe, if I decide to get the Yongnuo YN-560 with built-in receiver, can I use it together with the YN-460 without buying an extra RF-603?

What I would like to have is:

70D - RF+RF603 transmitter
YN-460 + RF603 receiver
YN-560

both flashes firing at the same time.

Will it work?

Thanks!

What are you going to be shooting?

IMHO speedlights are great for portable use, for quick setup etc. But if I was 'setting up a small studio' I'd be investing in some proper lights. The advantages are well worth it.

This is what I was alluding to..... Save a bit extra and get a two head lencarta smartflash kit.
