Cheap Holiday

well me and the missus recently came back from egypt we went for a week in january. The weather was fantastic ( around 27 degrees every day), we stayed at the holiday village in sharm el sheikh, and even though it is a family orientated resort this did not bother us as we did our homework before we booked. AS i said, the weather was great, the food was good, the hotel was great and the people we friendly...couldnt have asked for anymore from a cheap winter holiday.

AS for the prices in april...im not entirely sure but in january we paid £379 for a week all inclusive..and we had a fantastic time.

That place where they fimed Balamory looks quite nice :)

Thanks guys.

Egypt is a no as she has already been so wants to go somewhere different.

Got a budget of £500 and would like to go abroad but might consider Ireland or the Isle of Man.

I think she would go through the roof if I told her we was going to Balamory for a holiday:lol:

Glad you saw the funny side, I think JD missed my dry s-o-h.

Cant recommend anywhere I'm afraid as I have not been abroad for about 15 years ....

Turkey is lovely- great weather, very friendly people and lots to do. Look at the Oludeniz/Hisaronu area....I paid about £260 for a weeks accommodation and flights in September

So I suppose a week in Oban would be out of the question too?

Poland/the Balkans? Lots of good deals and cheap flights...
