My friend has just introduced me to this...
You basically go on the website, put your webcam on and you randomly get assigned to someone else anywhere in the world who is also on the website and has their webcam on. So you can both see your own webcam and each others.
You can chat to whoever you get assigned to, or click 'new game' to skip them and get assigned to someone else. Apparently the thing to do though, is just keep clicking 'new game' so you constantly get to see random people from around the world, and some famous people are doing it too.
We went on it earlier and it was pretty funny, although there was rather a lot of nudity cropping up haha!

It's some guy on chat roulette playing the piano (very well I might add!) and improvising songs every time a new person appears on webcam. It's absolutely brilliant!!
