Yes
I have been using an academic Creative Cloud license for a few years, but I don't need the extra apps anymore. Has anyone changed from a monthly subscription to using an annual Photography subscription, currently £99? I don't use the associated cloud storage, so will not miss it and can't see any downsides as long as the migration works. This seems like the cheapest route to using just Lightroom (classic) and Photoshop.

I changed from a monthly to an annual product last week as my subscription was due to expire. No issues.

Pity there wasn't a Photoshop only subscription.
I've found Photolab a good replacement for Lr.
Photoshop on subscription always felt like good value to me considering the price of photoshop prior to the subscription model. Lightroom was much cheaper than photoshop so splitting it out probably wouldn't reduce the photoshop subscription by that much. I'm wondering if they are redefining the price structure having probably under priced photoshop to initially introduce the subscription model. Looking at the pics of the two options on amazon with 1TB cloud storage when on sale at 60-70% RRP both will be quite competitive with each other based on pre subscription cost.

Photography Plan (photoshop & Lightroom) 1TB - £249
Lightroom 1TB - £119

Never thought of that, Rob ;)
I just do the basics in Lr then most of my work in Ps
I've had the Black Friday deals from Amazon for a few years now - my current one runs out in October 26
All these years, I have squirrelled away the normal subscription price so I have enough saved to pay for the new subscription price for a while (y)

Really?
I always took the Photography package which suits my needs perfectly

Yes. CC Individual app subscription, as you might also purchase Illustrator or InDesign as a single application.

£21.98/mo incl. VAT currently (with a deal right now for the first 3 months at half price)

That costs more than the Photography bundle with LR (£19.97/mo) but you can do it if you really must.

Thanks for the info (y)
I'll proably be sticking with the Photography bundle after October ;)

There was/is, but it only ever came with a 1tb (maybe 2tb of storage) so the Photoshop "only" plan was much more expensive than the Photography plan that included Lightroom as well as Photoshop but with only 20gb of storage.
