I really love landscape photography, it's what appeals to me far more than any other type of picture. There's nothing I like more than being outside with the camera on a tripod spending ages trying to capture what I see in my mind (not always very successfully
)
Unfortunately I also suffer from a chronic illness. Most of the time it is held in check with meds, but from time to time I have a relapse and can't get outside for any length of time, certainly not long enough to do what I want. At the moment I am going through such a relapse and have been for a couple of months and am really struggling.
So I am thinking of trying out some home studio photography, because I can do it at home without the hassle. Not interested in portraits, would just be still life.
So what would you suggest for lighting? A cheap studio outfit or a couple of flashguns? Any suggestions and comments would be most welcome as I really want to start taking pictures again at the moment.
