CF Reader for iPad?

Why not use a CF->SD converter to use SD cards in your camera and then just use the official Apple Camera Connection Kit?

Alternatively you could just use a USB card reader with the usb part of the CCK.
 
Thanks but I don't have a CCK and I like the concept of the one in the link. I have gone ahead and ordered one direct from MIC in HK for just over £23. Probably take an age to arrive.
 
You cannot get the fast write speed with CF to SD as SD is too slow.

I have one of those CF adaptors and got it from them, great bit of kit and arrived with no problems...! Took about a week i think.
 
That's good to know. Wish I'd investigated it sooner though as I head off on hols next Saturday!

Doesn't work anymore, Apple turned down the USB current in software to disable them :thumbsdown:
