CF Adapter for Micro SD Cards?

Couple of questions please:

I have a number of micro SD cards doing nothing and I am wondering whether I can utilise these in my Canon 40D which uses CF cards?

So

Is there a Micro SD to CF adapter available?

and if so would this be a reliable method to use?

Would have to use a micro sd to sd card adapter and then put that in a sd to cf card adapter

I had a delkin one, not really what i wanted because my idea was to leave the adapter in the camera and just remove the sd card.

Didn't work because the sd card went into the adapters side so necessitated removing the lot every time, but downloaded ok with no noticeable speed difference or at least none that i detected

Cheers Rich. I have a couple of micro - SD adapters kicking about so I will have a look at getting a SD_CF adapter. Good to hear that the shooting / download didnt cause uneccessary issues.

No problem Dave, must say I only used ordinary sdhc cards, but can't imagine the micro type will be much different
