Sorry if this is in the wrong section,feel free to move if so. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a half decent home cctv kit,either with a dvr or an all in one that just records to sd card.Have looked at a few but seems a bit of a minefield.Wont need more than 2 cameras but do need night vision on them upto about 10 meters or so.Looked at a few in maplins but tbh they didnt have a clue. Any advice appreciated.
 
Try contacting your local PCSO or neighbourhood policing team. They might be able to point you in the right direction. Alternatively you could contact your local help the aged or similar sometimes they have registered traders that might be able to offer sensible advice. I know of a few small businesses round our way that have cctv & alarm monitoring linked to an app on their phone but unfortunately don't know the supplier!

Thanks Kevin been looking at the swann set ups..Just wish the guys in maplins had a bit more knowledge as they were just reading the specs off the box then relaying them to me!! lol
