CC subscription ended but can still quick edit

just discovered if you cancel CC subscription or it comes to an end you can still do quick edits and use the photo merge etc.

Lightroom or Photoshop?

I was aware of lightroom having a lot of functionality 'free', but not of photoshop.

I'm sure I heard that the library module still works fine, it's just "develop" that gets locked down.
I actually prefer working in the library module to develop so would not be worried about not being able to use that module.
