Yes
Are young cats OK left outside all the time in this weather (i.e. snow)

Not sure if my neighbour has got stuck somewhere, but his 9 month old cat has been out all day.

The cat does spend a lot of his time outside normally.

I wouldnt leave mine out all day in this weather unless they could get into the garage etc.

No he does not have a cat flap.

He tends to hang around our house because of the kids. But I don't want to do to much to make him feel to at home. He already slipped into the house once today.

We have popped a cardboard box and blanket over on his owners door step and luckily we all have over hanging porches. So at least he can keep out of the wind.

My sister suggested popping some water down for him. I will do that if his owner is not back by bed time.

I dont think it is right to leave a cat out in this weather. I used to worry about one of my neighbours' cats which was left out in all weathers. It was a good idea and kind of you to put a box and blanket out for it in the porch. Some water and any sort of leftover food would be good if its owners dont return.

He is back now, the cat was not around when he went out earlier.

I had a kitty called Molly before I had the 3 I have now. Molly didn't like the snow much, but it didn't stop her going out most of the day if she wanted to. I used to leave the kitchen window open for her, or if it was ever closed, she'd "knock" on the window when she wanted to be in.
