Carrying filters...and stuff

Afternoon.

I'm awaiting delivery of my new bag. Where do you walkers/hikers carry your filters? In your main bag? I've got a four Lee filter wallets and my cleaning stuff. Not sure where is best to keep it all. Are there any "clip on" type bags? Also got my Wimberley I'd want to take with me. And it's no small bit of kit.

I'm just waiting for my filter stack caps to land - basically a screw-in "cap" for both sides of the filter - or stack of filters if you have hunners of them... only works if all your filters are the same size of course unless you start interposing stepping rings in the filter stack too.
 
Horses for courses but if carrying outside the main bag, I like the Think Tank Speed Changer
If you take the inner dividers out it takes Lee filter pouches nicely. if you are more static than moving I sometimes use the Speed Demon swung round to the front, this makes an easy working platform. The tabs that fit TT bags to your rucksack waist belt are quite narrow so check they'll fit. There is a similar bag from lowepro that has wider attachments, but it's not as nice.Mostly I use my F-Stop backpack and put it down to work from when taking more careful photos.
 
Ditto. I'd love to see something from FStop's Dakota range for carrying filters. The Redfern might do the job, but I'd want to know it does before spending the money!
 
The Lowepro item I mentioned the S&F Utility Pouch.
It doesn't open as wide at the top and doesn't hold as much but is sbetter fit on the wider part of the waist belt.
 
I've been doing a bit more research into this and it doesn't seem like there is anything on the market, to carry 5 filters, rings and holder.

Clik Elite do a 7 filter holder that looks pretty good and theres the Kinesis F169, but they both seem to be US only.

At the moment it is looking like a combination of the Lee triple pouch and filter wrap, the LowePro S&F Filter Pouch 100 (possibly best bet for the OP) or the Cokin Z306. If anyone has any experience with any of those that would be great.

I've only got 4 filters (3x ND Grad and Big Stopper) three rings and one holder. Would it help to post photos of them in S&F pouch and the ThinkTank bag?
 
That would be a great help! I'm actually surprised that think tank don't do a filter pouch.
