Carbonite seemed such a good idea and really good value.
At first it worked fine although it took weeks to upload all my files.
Then my computer seemed to be slowing down, and started crashing. I persevered not knowing what was causing it.:bang:
Eventually i realised that my new files were not uploading so I contacted Carbonite's Customer support. They told me to uninstall, then reinstall the program.
Uninstall went OK, but it would not re-install.
And surprise surprise, the machine speeded up and stopped crashing. Back to normal again.
Anybody had any problems with Carbonite, any suggestions how I could fix it?
