I urge though, the cheapest isn't always the best!!

(And the best isn't always any good!)

I've had too many problems since my accident (in August). I was not at fault and the idiot that crashed into me accepted 100% blame.

So I still can't understand why, after 5 months, all I've got is a £250 cheque.

They've managed to lose all my details, lose the details of the other insurance company, move my car to a scrap yard without my permission, pass my private medical details on to a doctor that isn't dealing with my case .... I could go on!!

Oh, and when a friend's car was on fire, they tried to argue their way out of a payout saying that Third Party Fire and Theft, didn't cover fire!!

Some companies are cheap because they get you legal to be on the road. In the unfortunate event that they actually have to do their jobs, some are completely and utterly clueless!

Best of luck with your search though... Once my mess of a claim is over and they decide which one of 2 firms of solicitors that they've stupidly contracted, will be dealing with my claim, I'll be moving back to Diamond.

this thread is making me feel much better about my £400 bill!!
