I'll just alert @nilagin to this thread... Know he'll be keen. ;) :D

Shhhh

It's all rubbish, broken toys , electricals that will kill you and broken tools , plus you need to get there about 10am because everybody keeps the best stuff in their cars until then

Those Streetsound Electro albums were awesome. I still have the likes of Afrika Bambaata, Hashim and Whodini in my iTunes.

I wish they all started at 10am, would make life so much easier for me getting to work or to Brands Hatch on a Sunday morning.

they sure were up til around Electro 14, then the 3 Cruicials were superb and New York vs L.A Beats was just plain awesome..

I have been mostly indie/alt rock since the late 80s but I still have a soft spot for the old Electros, great memories of me and mates carrying a 3m x 3m piece of lino and a 10 'D' cell powered ghetto over the park

I bought a 4 inch by 4 inch tile from one once as I liked the design on it .cost me about 75p I sold it a few years ago for just under £100 it turned out to be a rare one out of a set ,the full set was a few grand apparently

Between a mate and I, we had all the Electros on tape (always regretted not getting them on vinyl). He had all the even numbers and I had the odds. I've still got mine in the loft somewhere.
