Hi
I have got my hands on Capture NX2, whilst my computer floats to me new home (was using NX1).
Now, a bit like windows and MS office, bits have moved around.
However, I wanted to as k anyone who is using Capture NX2 whether they have come across the following:
Saved adjustments.
Loaded onto a new NEF Raw file
Went to Adjustment 1 - Levels and Curves (because I missed the exposure bit in the Quick Fix)
Clicked Auto all, which brightens and tweaks. Mostly what I'd like.
But as I shot in dim light and a high ISP, I have artifacts. Stuck pixels. So scroll up to the Camera Bit, and to bottom of that there is Astro noise reduction.
Save Picture as JPeg.
At this point I notice that the adjustment curve is not applied on the screen. And it is not applied on the JPeg.
Uh...? Shouldn't the program process the whole queue and not just up to the one I highlight?
As a test I click on the bottom adjustment, and Save As a JPeg... Saves all the adjustments.
Is it just me not doing it right?
