Just a heads up....

Ordered a couple of canvasses from Russ at www.Canvasideas.com last Wednesday. (Already have one done by him, as a square canvas taken by Blakester)

20" x 16" canvas, deep frame wrapped or not £20 + £6 p&p. (Ok was on offer, but there usually is a good deal to be had!)

Ordered v late Weds night, they arrived today... cannot fault the quality (and a lot of you know how I EXPECT to be disappointed with services / goods from others)

Also, spoke to him on the phone, and really really helpful, and was most apologetic, that I might not get it for Friday.

Good good. Honestly, cannot fault the quality, and the price is pretty good. Can I ask what size you went for... I notice Russ can go up to 82" x 82" --- I already have an idea for one of these at work, but not sure how would get it in the building!!

(Think I may have the job of supplying canvasses following our refurb!)
 
I went for 30x20" any bigger and id need a new wall! 82" would be MENTAL!

apparently its should arrive with my tomorrow. got a telephone call on monday lunchtime to make some suggestions on how they could make my purchase better which I thought was fantastic customer service!
 
The print arrived today, really pleased with it and it looksfab, really impressed with canvas ideas and will use them again if I get any more canvas prints done!

Good news. Was hoping you'd be pleased after I stuck my neck out, saying how great I thought they were.

I'm thinking about a couple of more modest 6x4 ft ones for our bunkhouse accomodation - I'm guessing he'll need a fairly large file :lol:
 
40d full res will do it...

it's what 12 - 16 Mpx... will be fine...

It's not all about price..... but for the price I was amazed by the quality... good frame.. no balsa crap... taut, and all taped down.... give Russ a go, Pete, you will not be disappointed!!
 
Another thumbs up here, ordered the 30" by 20" xmas special. Great quality for the price.
