cant upload images !!

hi all. ok, i registered on this site the other day, but for some reason i cant upload images, nor can i create an album as the link doesnt appear in the user CP. i may be being a bit dull, ive read the FAQs but i still dont seem to be able to upload an image from my pc to the forum. On other sites there is a simple upload window, which doesnt seem to exsist on this one!! im using a windows 7 pc, if thats any help.

can anyone assist..

sussed it now ta..yes i had to go via the galleries drop down, just uploaded some images and all working, however can only upload one pics at a time, not the 3 that are available, think this is an IE issue as it happens on other sites too
