Having looked around the the Internet for a Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT. I came across panamoz. These guys stock everything so why not the 600ex-rt.

I emailed Tina and managed to get a very swift reply back. I'd like to share this with you all.

odd thing is that its still not on the main canon flash gun page. Perhaps they will update soon.

Anyway once again the cheapest that i've found.
 
They do stock them ..I bought 2 recently. Three would be nice but 2 with the ST-E3 is really usefull
 
So, from those of you more in the know, buying one plus the trigger to begin with is not really a good option? Are there better? I have no flash since I switched from Nikon and that was simple. An SB-900 triggered by the D700's pop up.
 
2 by themselves is fine as each can be used as a master or slave....the St-E3 allows for ratio control of the two 600's...which is very useful.

Thanks. Was thinking more or a one light setup. Was simple with Nikon. Buy flash and control everything from camera menu.

You can walk into almost any camera shop in Mongkok and buy them over the counter for approx 330 UKP. Not an option if you don't live in Hong Kong I know but still, it puts the price in context.

That's a great price compared to some I've seen in some UK shops. The 580EX II is still more expensive in some of the shops I've seen it in. I've bought lots of stuff from Panamoz and can highly recommend them for great service, good prices and speedy delivery.
 
I second that modchild. My 600 speedlite arrived in a swift and speedy manner. Cheapest that i could find anywhere. Service was outstanding. Many thanks to the team at Panamoz.
