Yes
I had my Macbook stolen from my house two nights ago. :'(

Luckily I had most of my stuff backed up. And more importantly, they didn't nick any of my camera gear.

However, I lost the CD (or DVD?) with the Canon software that comes with the 40D. So mainly DPP. Can't remember what else is on there?

I'm pretty gutted, but was wondering if it's possible to get hold of anywhere else? Or if I write to Canon, whether there's any chance they'll send out a free one? Or, longshot, if anyone has a spare?

Thanks in advance for any info!

As per the above link you can download everything from the Canon website, it will also be more up-to-date drivers and software than what you get on the disc supplied with the camera anyways.

Thanks - that's amazing!

One other question, how do I register my camera with Canon? I had bookmarked the link to do it, but after searching for ages I can't find it again.
