Canon Selphy paper size problems

I replaced my knackered Selphy CP 1300 for the CP1500. However, it only offers one paper size and that's letter, it should be 4x6 (10x15cm) and nothing else.

I've tried removing and reinstalling the printer but it's still the same (I removed the CP1300 before installing the CP1500) I'm running Win 11 with the latest updates.

Anyone else have this problem? The CP1300 ran with no problems at all.

Don't know about Windows, but I just plugged my CP1500 into my Mac and it only came up with one paper size - postcard. Also works wirelessly. What program are you trying to print from?
 
Photoshop but it's the same no matter what programme I print from, only one paper size available. I had no problems at all with the CP1300.
 
If you have an iOS or Android device you could try the Selphy app.
 
No problem on my CP1500 either, but not tried it on W11.
